Just so i don't have to look it up every single time.

What is it?: If you get enough xp points in the multiplayer you go up in ranks. This goes on until you reach 55. After that you can choose to keep everything you have (weapons, add-ons, perks)
OR
give it all up for one of these new icons and start over with a clean slate.
So if you decide to go for these "prestige" rankings. You get standard equipment and have to build up to 55 again. Where at that point you get to decide once again if you want to go up another prestige level or not. You can do this 10 times. Making it 550 times the fun... right? We'll see.
You gotta wonder if it's all worth it to you...
