ok, probably not to flattering to B and all the others, but still these (left) bad boys will ROCK your taste buds (and if B reads this, it definatly will be better than sex :-s)

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup of Pandan Sago (Can find in most supermarket (in Thailand))
- 1/4 Cup of Tapioca Starch
- 1/2 Cup of Rice Flour
- 3 Cups of Water
- 2 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 2 Cups of Coconut Milk (I use instant coconut milk)
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt

Directions
Sago:
Mix the sago, water and tapioca flour together (avoid clumps). And Heat the mixture until the sago is cooked. Normally, it'll take about 15 minutes for the sago to cook. Keep stirring if you don't want the sago to the sauce pan. Add 1 1/2 cup of sugar when the sago is cooked.

Tip: Use a new saucepan or pot or the one without burn marks on the buttom. Burn marks can make the sago burn easily.
Coconut Cream:
Mix coconut milk, rice flour, salt and the remaining sugar. Blend the ingredients together and heat the mixture until the coconut milk thicken into cream.

Starting of i gotta catch up for last week's 'cause i wasn't in the mood to post back then:

This pretty was made by my very own sammich-chef, Emily. She decided to go with fresh turkey (from the thanksgiving dinner the night before), paprika, lettuce and some other stuff i can't remember... The whole thing turned out to be so delish that i had to get seconds, which was also nicely prepared for me.

Today's:

Ordered out a "noodle-box" from the local sushi-bar, -delivery place "Oceansushi". Mine came with added shrimp (sounds big but they looked more like little prawns though) and for sauce i went with teriyaki, super-goodness and it had been a long time since i ordered out from them. Nice.

PARIJS - Emilien Combaret, van Vernouillet, is de jongste van 37 deelnemers van het Franse kampioenschap van Rubik's Cube dat vrijdag in Parijs georganiseerd wordt. De jongen is precies vijf jaar oud. Dat melden de organisatoren.
De jongen zit nog in de kleuterklas, maar kan in drie minuten een standaard kubus (3x3) oplossen. De Franse titelkampioen, in de volwassencategorie, is de 21-jarige student ingenieur Edouard Chambon, uit Zuid-Frankrijk. Hij kan de kubus in een gemiddelde van 13,14 seconden oplossen.

Het kampioenschap 2008 telt meerdere categorieën en proeven in het spel dat werd uitgevonden door de Hongaar Ernö Rubik in 1974. Het spel bestaat eruit om zo snel mogelijk de kubus te reconstrueren in de zes gekleurde vakken.

De deelnemers spelen met een standaard kubus van 3x3, maar ook van 4x4 en 5x5. Ze moeten het eveneens geblinddoekt doen of met één hand. De winnaar van elke test vertegenwoordigt Frankrijk op het Europees kampioenschap dat plaatsvindt in het Poolse Krakau in september.

Met de kubus zijn 43.252.003.274.489.856.000 combinaties mogelijk.
